Terms

The operating terms for customers and organizers using Ticket.

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Using Ticket

Ticket provides tools to discover events, purchase tickets, manage orders, and help organizers sell event access. By using the platform, you agree to use these services responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Accounts and Roles

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Organizers are also responsible for maintaining accurate organization, event, pricing, and attendee information.

Orders and Payments

Ticket orders may expire if payment is not completed within the checkout window. Once payment is confirmed, ticket availability, order status, and generated tickets are updated by the platform payment flow.

Payment providers may apply their own processing rules, verification checks, or settlement timelines.

Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers must publish truthful event details, honor valid tickets, manage attendee access fairly, and comply with laws that apply to their events. Organizers are responsible for event delivery, venue requirements, and attendee communications.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to Ticket or connected systems.

  • Do not publish fraudulent events or misleading ticket information.
  • Do not resell, transfer, or distribute tickets in a way that violates organizer rules.
  • Do not upload harmful files, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Availability and Changes

We may update platform features, policies, or operational requirements to improve reliability, security, compliance, or user experience. Some services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or provider outages.
